How often

A starting point. Your plan is set after we see the home: waterfront, inland, shade and trees all change it.

House wash	Twice a year recommended, once a year at minimum
Windows	More often: every few months on the coast
Solar panels	Every 6 to 12 months
Gutters	At least once a year, more under trees
Concrete & pavers	About once a year
Tile roof	Every couple of years, and we keep an eye on it between washes
Screens	Once or twice a year
Turf	Set to how your yard is used: pets, trees, traffic
