Paver Cleaning, Re-Sanding & Sealing
Pavers lose their finish slowly.
When pavers go in, they can transform a driveway, patio or outdoor living area. Over the years they fade in the sun, collect algae and mildew in the shade, lose the sand between the joints, and slowly lose the finished look you paid for.
Paver restoration brings it back. First a deep clean to lift the dirt, algae and organic growth. Then fresh joint sand where it has washed out or broken down. Then a professional sealer that protects the surface and brings the color back up.
You already paid for the expensive driveway. It might as well look expensive.

How we do it
How we restore pavers
Three stages, in order
Stage 1: a deep clean for dirt, algae, mildew and surface contamination. Stage 2: re-sanding, to restore missing or broken-down joint sand. Stage 3: a professional sealer for surface protection and a richer, finished appearance.
- 01
Deep clean
Dirt, algae, mildew, organic growth and surface contamination come off with the right treatment and a surface cleaner.
- 02
Let it dry
Pavers have to be fully dry before sand and sealer go down.
- 03
Re-sand the joints
Fresh joint sand is swept into every line where it has washed out or broken down.
- 04
Seal
A professional sealer goes on for surface protection and appearance.
- 05
Walk-through
We walk the finished surface with you and set a maintenance schedule.

Questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? Call or text (949) 371-6307.
Do I have to do all three stages?
No. Some pavers only need a deep clean. We look at the surface first and recommend what it actually needs.
Why re-sand the joints?
Joint sand locks the pavers together. When it washes out, pavers can shift and weeds move in. Fresh sand restores that.
What does sealing do?
It protects the surface, makes stains easier to clean off, and brings the color back up. It's the finishing stage.
